Results depend on the facts
Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the answers, product boundaries, supply arrangements and applicable legislation. A qualified result such as “likely applies” identifies an initial direction. Missing facts, overlapping categories and interpretative questions can require further assessment.
Official legislation takes precedence over summaries and tool output. Guidance may be non-binding, and rules, standards, certification measures and official interpretations may change after the stated review date.
Reporting dates
The calculator uses the awareness and additional trigger timestamps you enter. It cannot establish when awareness legally occurred, whether an event meets the reporting threshold or whether a notification is complete. The obligation to act without undue delay remains relevant before an outer deadline.
Any final-report date labelled a planning target is an earlier operational target, not a definitive statutory cutoff. Applicable calendar-period and holiday rules may affect the legal deadline. Consult the explanation and official sources shown with the result.
